The business did not offer online ticket sales, or a photo system for guests to purchase photos online or in person. They wanted to reopen business but did not have an opening strategy efficient enough to drive ticket sales. Reunion Tower also lacked a user interface to enhance the customers sight seeing experience.

Launch fueled the revitalization of Reunion Tower in Dallas, TX by providing over 50 contractors to work on all areas of this attraction’s business needs. Launch handled the website, ticket sales, marketing, operations plan, financial model, staffing plan, IT infrastructure, and overall program management. Launch also built touch screen devices that allow guests to find more details about the Tower or Dallas itself.
